The Five Strong Foundation has been empowering athletes with developmental disabilities since 2015, reaching over 2,000 participants. Their latest quarterly newsletter celebrates the foundation’s impact as they approach their 10th anniversary, sharing highlights from recent events. At the recent Five Strong Sports Camp, hosted by Recreation Unlimited, nearly 50 campers enjoyed a variety of activities, bringing joy to both participants and their families. The foundation’s popular Columbus Derby Day event raised over $90,000, enabling them to double the number of campers at their sports camp in 2024. The newsletter expresses gratitude for the support that makes these initiatives possible and looks forward to future endeavors.
